Trifluridine/Tipiracil Application Scope
LONSURF is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have previously received, or are not candidates for, standard therapies including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, anti-VEGF therapy, and, if RAS wild-type, anti-EGFR treatment. It is designed to slow disease progression, improve survival outcomes, and provide a therapeutic option for patients with advanced, difficult-to-treat colorectal cancer.
