Topotecan Hydrochloride Application Scope
Topotecan Hydrochloride is a chemotherapeutic agent indicated for the treatment of:

Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC): For patients with chemotherapy-sensitive disease who have progressed at least 60 days after first-line chemotherapy.

Ovarian Cancer: For patients with metastatic ovarian cancer after disease progression on or after initial or subsequent chemotherapy.

Cervical Cancer: In combination with cisplatin, for the treatment of patients with Stage IV-B, recurrent, or persistent cervical cancer not amenable to curative treatment.

Ovarian Cancer: 2.3 mg/m²/day orally for 5 consecutive days every 21-day cycle.

Small Cell Lung Cancer: 2.3 mg/m²/day orally for 5 consecutive days every 21-day cycle.

Cervical Cancer: 0.75 mg/m² orally on Days 1–3, in combination with cisplatin, every 21-day cycle.

Administration:

Take on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals to ensure consistent absorption.

Swallow capsules whole; do not crush or chew.

If a dose is missed, take as soon as remembered unless it is close to the next scheduled dose; do not double the dose.
