Guidelines For The Use Of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride For Injection
Dosage and Administration:Osteoporosis:20ug daily or 40ug every other day, once or in divided doses; depending on the condition and patient response.
Adverse Reactions:Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, mild facial flushing with a sensation of warmth. These side effects are dose dependent and are more common with intravenous than intramuscular or subcutaneous injections, which are more common than nasal spray administration.
Medication Limitations
Contraindications: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to bleomycin antibiotics are contraindicated. Use with caution in patients with pulmonary, hepatic or renal dysfunction.
Precautions: Fever, after the administration of the drug if the patient appears feverish phenomenon, can be given antipyretic drugs. For patients who develop high fever, the dose should be reduced in subsequent treatment, the duration of administration should be shortened, and antipyretic or antiallergic agents should be given before and after administration.
