Yizekang Izalontamab Brengitecan Application Scope

Adult patients with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) who have failed at least two prior lines of systemic therapy, including platinum-based chemotherapy and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment.
Adult patients with recurrent or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) who have experienced disease progression after PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor combined with platinum-based chemotherapy.

Guidelines for the Use of Yizekang

Dosage and Administration:
- Recommended Dose: Please refer to the latest approved package insert for the recommended dosage regimen.
- Administration: For intravenous infusion only. Reconstitute and dilute according to the approved prescribing information before administration. Do not administer by intravenous push or bolus injection.
- Missed Dose: If a scheduled dose is missed, consult the treating physician to determine whether treatment should be resumed or the dosing schedule adjusted. Do not administer a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
Adverse Reactions:
- Common Adverse Reactions: The most commonly reported adverse reactions include fatigue, nausea, decreased appetite, anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, diarrhea, and infusion-related reactions.
- Serious Adverse Reactions: Serious adverse reactions may include severe infusion-related reactions, severe neutropenia, serious infections, hepatotoxicity, and interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonitis. Patients should be closely monitored throughout treatment and managed according to clinical guidelines.
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with known severe hypersensitivity to Izalontamab Brengitecan or any component of the formulation.
