Tetrandrine Tablets Application Scope
Tetrandrine Tablets are used for rheumatic pain, joint pain, and neuralgia. Additionally, they are employed in combination with low-dose radiation therapy for lung cancer, a condition often associated with oncology diseases. These tablets are also effective in managing simple silicosis stages I, II, and III, as well as all stages of coal silicosis.

Tetrandrine Tablets Characteristics
- Ingredients: Main ingredient is Tetrandrine.
- Properties: Film-coated tablet. After removing the coating, it appears off-white or light yellow.
Guidelines For The Use Of Tetrandrine Tablets
Dosage and Administration: Oral use.
- For rheumatoid and analgesic effects: 20 mg–40 mg per dose, 3 times a day.
- For lung cancer treatment: 40 mg–60 mg per dose, 3 times a day.
- For silicosis: 60 mg–100 mg per dose, 3 times a day, for 6 days, followed by 1 day off. Treatment cycle is 3 months.
Tetrandrine Tablets Medication Limitations
- Not for use in patients with organic diseases of the liver, kidneys, or other organs.
- Contraindicated in pregnant women.
- Contraindicated in individuals allergic to this product.
- Liver function, ECG, and other relevant tests should be conducted every 3 months during treatment.
