Guidelines for the Use of Quinlock Ripretinib

  • Dosage and Administration:

    • Recommended Dose: 150 mg orally twice daily (total 300 mg daily)
    • Administration: Oral capsules, taken with or without food.
    • *Missed Dose: If missed, take as soon as possible. Do not double dose.

  • Adverse Reactions: Common Adverse Reactions (≥5% and >3% higher than placebo):
