Guidelines for the use of Prednisone Acetate Tablets
Dosage and administration: Oral usually 5-10mg (1-2 tablets) at one time, 10-60mg (2-12 tablets) a day. If necessary, discretionary increase or decrease, as determined by the doctor.
Adverse Reaction: Susceptible to diabetes mellitus, peptic ulcers and Cushing-like syndrome symptoms.

Restrictions
Contraindications: Adrenocorticotropic hormones are contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity.

Interaction of Prednisone Acetate Tablets
Prednisone Acetate Tablets and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs can enhance their ulcerogenic effect. May enhance the hepatotoxicity of acetaminophen. Combined with amphotericin B or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, can aggravate hypokalemia, long-term combined with carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, prone to hypokalemia and osteoporosis.
