Scope of application of Methotrexate Tablets
Methotrexate Tablet has the effect of enhancing immune function, and is used in the adjuvant treatment of anti-cancer chemotherapy, radiotherapy and geriatric immunodeficiency.
Various types of Hematology acute leukemia, especially acute lymphoblastic leukemia, malignant lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Methotrexate 2.5 mg Tablets Uses
Oral adults 5mg~10mg once a day, once or twice a week, the safe amount for a course of treatment is 50mg~100mg.For the maintenance treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, 15mg~20mg/m2 once a day, once a week.
Adverse Reactions:
Gastrointestinal reactions, including stomatitis, mouth and lip ulcers, pharyngitis, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, common loss of appetite, and occasionally pseudomembranous or hemorrhagic enterocolitis.
Long-term use may cause cough, shortness of breath, pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis.
Medication Limitations
Contraindications: contraindicated in patients known to be highly allergic to the product.
Precautions: Pregnancy and breast-feeding are contraindicated while taking this drug because of its teratogenic effects and excretion from breast milk.
Methotrexate Tablet Side Effects And Interactions
1. Ethanol and other drugs with hepatic damage may increase hepatotoxicity when used with this product.
2. Because the use of this product may lead to increased blood uric acid, patients with gout or hyperuricemia should increase the dose of allopurinol and other drugs accordingly.
3. This product may increase the anticoagulant effect, and even cause hepatic coagulation factor deficiency or (and) thrombocytopenia, so this product and other anticoagulants should be used with caution when used together.
