Guidelines For The Use Of Meisoindigo Tablets
Dosage and Administration:Take orally. The initial dose is 50mg (2 tablets) per day. After 2 – 3 days, the daily dose can be doubled to 150 – 200mg (6 – 8 tablets) per day. Take it in 3 divided doses. The maximum dose is 300mg (12 tablets) per day. When the white blood cell count drops to around 10,000, halve the dose or stop taking the medicine. After the white blood cell count returns to normal, continue taking the medicine and gradually reduce the dose to the maintenance dose of 50 – 100mg (2 – 4 tablets) per day.
Adverse Reactions:The main adverse reactions include bone marrow suppression, which can lead to a decrease in white blood cells and platelets; gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite; joint pain, muscle pain, fatigue, etc. may also occur.
