Letrozole Tablets User Guide
Dosage and administration: Oral, 2.5mg (1 tablet) each time, once a day. No dosage adjustment is required for elderly patients, patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment, and creatinine clearance ≥10 ml/min.
Adverse reactions: skeletal muscle pain, nausea, headache, joint pain, fatigue, dyspnea, cough, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pain, viral infections, facial flushing, and abdominal pain.
Letrozole Tablets Restrictions
Contraindications: It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product and its excipients. Pre-menopausal women should be cautious. Use with caution in severe hepatic and renal impairment.
Precautions: Be aware of the potential danger of this product to the fetus. Abnormal liver biochemical parameters have been observed in a few patients and are not associated with liver metastases. Differences in letrozole pharmacokinetics between adults and children have not been studied.
