Ribociclib Application Scope

Kisqali® is indicated for the treatment of HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in adult patients. Guidelines for the Use of Kisqali

  • Dosage and Administration:

    • Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take as soon as possible. Do not double the next dose.​

  • Adverse Reactions:

    • Common Adverse Reactions (≥5%):

      • neutropenia, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea

    • Serious Adverse Reactions:

      • QT interval prolongation, hepatotoxicity​

  • Contraindications: Patients with known severe hypersensitivity to it or excipients

  • Precautions:

    • Monitor blood counts, liver function, and ECG during treatment
