Hydroxycarbamide Tablets User’s Guide

Dosage and administration: Oral, CML 20-60mg/kg per day, twice a week, 6 weeks as a course of treatment; head and neck cancer, cervical squamous carcinoma, etc. Sensitive times 80mg/kg, every three days, need to be combined with radiotherapy.

Adverse reactions: myelosuppression is a dose-limiting toxicity, which can cause leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, and can be recovered in 1~2 weeks after stopping the drug; sometimes gastrointestinal reactions, and testicular atrophy and teratogenicity have been reported.

 

Restrictions on the use of hydroxycarbamide tablets

Contraindications: chickenpox, herpes zoster and various serious infections are prohibited.
