Eloxatin Oxaliplatin Application Scope
Eloxatin is indicated for the treatment of:

Adjuvant Treatment: Administer every 2 weeks for up to 12 cycles or until unacceptable toxicity occurs.

Advanced Colorectal Cancer: Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Administration: For intravenous infusion only. It must be diluted in a 5% glucose solution. The infusion should last 2 to 6 hours. Do not use saline solutions or aluminum-containing intravenous sets. When used in a combination regimen, Eloxatin is typically administered before 5-fluorouracil.
