Anxu Rovadicitinib Application Scope

Rovadicitinib Tablets (Anxu) are indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis (PPV-MF), or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis (PET-MF), for the treatment of disease-related splenomegaly or disease-related symptoms.

Guidelines for the Use of Anxu

Dosage and Administration:
- Recommended Dose: The recommended dose is administered orally twice daily at approximately fixed times, as directed by the treating physician.
- Administration: The tablets may be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew, split, or crush the tablets.
- Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, do not take an additional dose. Take the next dose at the regularly scheduled time. Do not take a double dose.
Adverse Reactions:
- Common Adverse Reactions: The most common adverse reactions include decreased platelet count and anemia, which are generally Grade 1–2. Other common adverse reactions include fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, and elevated transaminase levels.
- Serious Adverse Reactions: Severe thrombocytopenia, serious bleeding, severe infection, or other clinically significant adverse reactions may require prompt medical evaluation.
Contraindications: Rovadicitinib is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to rovadicitinib or any of the ingredients or excipients of this product.
Precautions:
- Use with caution in patients with active infections, severe hepatic or renal impairment, or severe thrombocytopenia.
- Regularly monitor complete blood counts, liver function, and renal function during treatment.
- Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit products during treatment.
- Seek immediate medical attention if fever above 38.5°C, severe bleeding, or worsening fatigue occurs.

Rovadicitinib Interactions

Avoid concomitant use with grapefruit and grapefruit products during treatment.
Inform your physician about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements you are taking before starting treatment.
Concomitant use with other medicines may affect the efficacy or safety of rovadicitinib; dose adjustment or additional monitoring may be required.
